Is this a structural survey?+
No. Every Keylo inspection is a non-technical visual check by a vetted local. It's not a legal, financial, or structural surveyor's report. It's what a trusted friend would notice on a viewing — captured properly.
How do you vet representatives?+
ID verification, address verification, background checks, and a manual review by our team. Only 'approved' reps are ever assigned. Every visit is GPS-stamped at arrival.
What if the report is bad?+
Every submitted report goes through our QA queue before it reaches you. If we're not happy with the quality, we send the representative back for a re-inspection at no extra cost.
Which cities do you cover?+
