An honest condition report, in plain English. No gloss, no horror stories.
What we ask of you
Being a rep is a position of trust.
Approval is manual and individual — we do not automatically onboard applicants.
- You know your local area well and can travel reliably to nearby properties.
- You can provide photo ID, proof of address and complete the required background checks.
- You have a smartphone capable of taking clear photographs and video.
- You are comfortable following a fixed checklist and writing clear, honest observations.
- You understand that every application is reviewed manually before assignments are offered.
